IP Blocker App
Here is a simple IP Blocker app that can prevent a lot of junk in your logs:
Tool web page: hdgreetings.com/ecards/block-ip-iis (sorry the link is not active, I'm account limited) Because I spent time writing it I'm now hoping someone else can benefit from my suffering  .It works on WindowsXP/2003/Vista and 32-bit/64-bit. Any feedback welcome.
