Isolated FTP Users

I want to setup isolated users in IIS for FTP. However it requires all files to be in a directory called "LocalUsers" on the root of you ftp directory. i.e c:\LocalUsers\username

However, I already have all files setup on c:\username in my ftp root. I dont want to have to move all the files over to a new directory on the drive, is there any way to get round this?
