Isolation Mode
Hello All!........
I am using IIS 6.0, but I am getting one Isolation error while browsing my application. The error is : Server Down for Maintenance This server is currently down for maintenance. Please try again later or contact the operations office. But when I UNCHECK the Run WWW Service in IIS 5.0 Isolation Mode, then it is working properly. Does anybody knows about the impact of this Isolation Mode. Please help, its very urgent. Thanks Adarsh |

This sounds more like a code issue. However, since I don't have IIS6 best I can suggest is look in the IIS documentation for an explanation of isolation mode. Basically isolation mode puts the website in a seperate cpu process so if your site code crashes it doesn't affect other websites on the same server.
