PDF Files
We currently have a few thin clients in our office and I was curious if there was a way for me to host PDF files on my webserver so the users using the thin clients can view the PDF without having adobe installed on their machine. Sort of allowing the server to display the file.

I don't know the answer. I guess you'd need some kind of server-side pdf to html converter, and I don't know if such code exists.
