Problema rewriting some files

Hi,
We have an IIS 6.0 instaled and our site has lots of .stm files and includes.
We have a very high number of actualizations per day and we do that using ftp protocol. Some times when we try to rewrite some files it seems that the IIS , the Windows 2003 and the ftp does'nt sincronyze correctly and the file becomes inacessible. The only way to solve the problem is restarting de ftp and the iis .
I´m wondering if there is some kind of cache or parameter that I can change to solve the problem .
Thanks a lot for the help.
Best Regards.
