Redirects in IIS
I have a couple of questions if thats ok:
1. I know where to do redirects in IIS, but am wondering how to do redirects that "cloak" For example if I set a redirect for the site firstdomain.com to go to seconddomain.com/coolstuff/, how can I "cloak" this new domain so no matter where I click within /coolstuff the address bar still reads firstdomain.com? 2. Also how do I get one domain to run in parallel with another? so for example if I go to seconddomain.com I actually am viewing firstdomain.com/stuff/home/ but the address bar reads seconddomain.com. And then if I click another link I go to will go to the same page within the the same site, except the URL remains what requested eg seconddomain.com/whereever/i/last/clicked/. For number 2, an example is wooloffm.com.au whose home page is actually a page within wool.com.au (ie http://www.wool.com.au/AWI/home.nsf/HeadingPagesDisplay/InnovationLogistics+and+Fibre+SpecificationOFFM?OpenDocument&ML4.4.2&Expand=4.4.2&) Thanks for any help.... |

I think there is an available isapi component that works like mod_rewrite.
Google turned up this one, it's not free apparently. http://www.qwerksoft.com/products/iisrewrite/
