Unhappy Single Sign On in Sharepoint Portal - No rights
i'm running into problems setting up the single sign on service in sharepoint portal.

I have 2 servers,

Server A (Server 2003)
SQL Server 2000, Exchange 2003

Server B (Server 2003)
Sharepoint Portal 2003

I have tried to configure using the Microsoft provided article but everytime i reach this part "Configure the Single Sign-On Settings on the Job Server" i hit a "No rights for this action" error..

Now it seems i have the rights, but i get this error

Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'
