Stylesheets / CSS crashing IIS problem
I have just transferred all my data to a new PC running win XP Pro. I have activated IIS and installed PHP. I have successfully moved all my development directories over to the wwwroot folder but whenever I try to load a page in my browser by typing in the usual...
http://localhost/mysitedir ...the browser just hangs. If I remove any @import and <link rel> calls to external stylesheets the pages all work again. I can use inline styles but links to external stylesheets crash and burn. Anyone got any ideas? Is this an XP thing? Are there some permissions somewhere that need changing?

Hard to say what's wrong from your description. Review your IIS settings in the IIS mmc service manager snapin. Look for any event log messages that may give you clues.
