The IIS Admin Service service terminated unexpectedly.

Sorry for posting the same topic again, because based on the last topic solution, I still not able to solve to problem.

Recently, one of my client's production server have the problem in the IIS service. The production website keep going down for every 3-5days. I trying to set the service so that it will automatic restart while it is down, but the service will still terminated after 1-30 minutes. After I restarted the server, it is working fine. But the same problem will occurred after 3-5days. Can anyone help me to solve the problem? Thank you.

The server details:

Window 2000 Advanced Server 5.0.2195 Pack 4 Build 2195
SQL Server 2000
No MS Exchange Software is installed.
Latest eTrust Antivirus virus definition, and no virus found after the full scan.

The IIS Admin Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.
