Trouble with multiple websites

I have IIS running fine, until I try to start another website, then it says. "The serivce could not be started because it is not correctly configured. Make sure that its server bindings do not conflict with other sites running on the same machine"

How do I fix this?

I suppose the obvious answer is to correctly configure your IIS. If you post some informative details of your problem perhaps some more help will be forthcoming.
