Unable to Connect IIS

Hi
I just install IIS successfully but when i try to connect using
http://localhost/ then Login window Popup i just write my Account Name and Password in which i already login but noting Happen and Login windown Again popup 2nd time, and press OK button again then this Log in windown disapears and a string shows in Browser
"You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.
HTTP 401.1 - Unauthorized: Logon Failed
Internet Information Services"

plz anyone help me what to do so i connect it

2). i want to stop this login window popsup again and again incase my server configure well in future.

Best is to create a virtual directory for your website.

Another option is to add permissions for the IIS user account, typically IUSR_computername, to the files and folders in the root of your web

Not recommended, but you can also change the user account used by IIS for anonymous web surfing.

If you're using integrated authentication, make sure your users and groups have permissions to the root files and folders of your web.
