W3wp 100% cpu

can someone help me try and pinpoint where the bottleneck is?

my w3wp.exe goes to 100% at random times for about 4 minutes then it goes back to normal and a few hours later same thing.

and tonight it's been happening every 10 minutes.

i ran IISSTATE and have atached my IISSTATE.log to this post so someone might understand it. i also ran DebugDiag with no luck. The most i can get out of it is that sometimes it's trying to onnect to a remote server and it's not successfull. So i'm guessing maybe there is something wrong with the connection to my sql server. Cause i have two different servers. one for SQL and one for IIS.

also i'm using PHP on windows 2003 with IIS 6.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers
