Not drinking is what I've decided for my lifestyle change. Not quitting all together just not drinking as often. Mmmm, Twinkies... lol.

The tums on the other hand are a staple of my diet. Tomatoes give me nasty heartburn, but I also hear they prevent prostate cancer, and antacids have
calcium so I go for the tomato and tum sandwich :-)

It might be a little late to get that stuff now but for next time anyway. :-) I like Now Foods brand for the Dandelion Root and White Willow Bark,
nope not affiliated, they're just good and GMP certified.

As for the oreos, not an easy thing to do, to tell someone they need to lose weight (even if they know it themself). Maybe try and sneak in a
lifestyle change for yourself and ask him to support you?
