How do you recording game play video in iPad?

It's a bit more convenient ot get the Hauppauge Gaming Edition PVR. It comes with its own editing software, but a bit more expensive than the 1212 (obviously).
I have it (1212) and use Windows Movie Maker to edit. Main reason for that is because I'm really not much of an editor, so no need to get anything else.

Use a camcorder and record the screen with Display Recorder!!

I want to record a gameplay video that fits the following criteria:
- it should be direct feed, or as close to it as possible (no part of the iPad other that the screen showing up, no glare, etc.)
- a hand should not appear in the video, touches should be indicated through other visual cues.

After going out and trying pretty much every program to capture the screen I ended up using a custom solution. I manualy save every frame the game renders in a folder. I grab the opengl frame buffer save it to a tga file and then I use blender to create the movie.
