Can't open clients.

Can't open clients.
When I try to open a client i get this error :Can not find main class.
I have latest version of Java, Jdk, I have winrar, and netbeans.
What should I do? I also used a variable setter so I think I have my environmental variables set. Btw I am using windows vista.
