Construct Concordancer in Java

Hello Everyone

I am looking to construct a Concordancer in Java however I am not sure where I should start. I have very basic knowledge of Java so hence I am looking for some steps in the right direction.

What is a Concordancer?

Concordancer takes the text of a web page and creates a list of sentences that contain the search term. Selecting various options can also produce a concordance of all the words that appear on the page in either alphabetical or frequency order
