Fast Transfer of Huge Data Need Help!!!!

Hi,
I want to move a huge amount of data (e.g 25 mb to 50 mb) from one remote server to another remote server.And i don't have telnet access.
Moreover i don't want to stay connected all the time.
Does anybody know a tool that can be useful to me ??
Any help in this regard would be sincerly appreciated..

What kind of access *do* you have?
And what kind of solution are you looking for?
Something cron can kick off? Something you
invoke manually from the shell or via a web page?
Need more info.

thats not really a "huge amount of data"... maybe 25-50 GIGS, but not megs. Find somebody w/ a cable modem and do it in 10 mins. message me thru this forum private messages if you want some more direct help with it tho.
