Getting JAVA Severe Virus alerts

For the past two days, my Virus Software has alerted me:
[yesterday] Exploit:JAVA/CVE-2010-0840
I then uninstalled the current version and installed the udated version [7-15]
Now I get this 'Severe' virus alert:
[today] Exploit:JAVA/CVE-2012-5076.GAA

I've removed both through my Virus software [MSE] but I'm afraid that everytime I use Java, I'll still have to deal with the virus....

Any suggestions, PLEASE??????????
