Im assuming you mean during a mouseover? Images or text links? Do you use style sheets? There's a couple of ways to do it but I need the answer to these questions to help

its a mousover and its a text link hex |

Using css could make life much easier (Except with stupidscape.....oopps, I mean netscape) But it can be done using a onMouseOver event in your link. The onMouseOver will require you to reset the properties of the link such as color, underlined etc.......Ive got some code around here someplace for that. Ill find it and post it later today
