Help with netmeeting

hello, I need script to put into a website and when it does click, it load netmeeting with the IP configurations that I want, is to say that it must be automatic directed to a single IP. That is to connect to a voip equipment. Manually is possible; one example is: URL (call center via internet)

1.What and where is the problem?
the epsonHD.cnf content is:

just adapt it!

2.How this relates to "servlets & jsp"?
