Hai, I am desperately needing this answer. Please help me!
How to change the localhost that usually we will mention in the address bar, http://localhost:7001/home.html to our user defined name (i.e.) http://sudhalok:7001/home.html I hope U got it. Something of this sort. thanks, if U do the needful. |

Add Name in the HOSTS file in your System
copy the following line in to it or modify the line there. In windows system / look for teh file 'hosts' in windows/system direcory .. Look for it in WinNT also... any other OS contact. ---------------------------- # # 127.0.0.1 localhost sudha |
