Need some help here.
Would like to redirect through java script (have already tried a dozen .htaccess files but no way) a page in

http://www.mydomain.com/mydirectory/myindex.shtml or/ and
http://mydomain.com/mydirectory/myindex.shtml to

https://mydomain.com/mydirectory/myindex.shtml
