    include package compile issue

    I have the following compile issue. I have one package that is in com.ora.jsp.beans.email and another in com.ora.jsp.beans.user. Both of the packages compile in their respective directories. There package name are as stated above and reside in the following system paths.
    /web/yourxpre/public_html/WEB-INF/classes/com/ora/jsp/beans/user
    /web/yourxpre/public_html/WEB-INF/classes/com/ora/jsp/beans/email

    when I try and include com.ora.jsp.beans.email in a file in the user package I get the following error.

    [/web/yourxpre/public_html/WEB-INF/classes/com/ora/jsp/beans/user]# javac -classpath ../email/ *.java
    XpressionsUser.java:4: package com.ora.jsp.beans does not exist
    import com.ora.jsp.beans.email;
    ^
    1 error

    I get the same error if I use the entire classpath to email. The classes are compiled in the email directory. Any help would be great!!
