interacting with tables

Hi all!

Does anybody know if it is possible to make a column in one table influence the content of another column on the same table?

I want to replicate a frames behavior where it is possible to have a menu with options on the left-side column and when the user picks on option the content of the right-side column changes accordingly. Since I do not know how to reference tables and their raws & columns I'm kind of lost here!

What you want needs to be done with javascript. Post this in the javascript forum and they should be able to help you. Be very specific on what you want.

btw, if you want this behavour to happen without submitting the page back to the server, you will only be able to do what you want in IE and NN6. NN4.7 can't handle dynamic changing of the text/html.
