    J2EE vs j2SE


    What's the difference between the two? Which is the best to use to develop Java Applications? thanks

    You can use both. J2SE contains all the standard components, and J2EE contains all the enterprise (well what sun thinks is enterprise) functionality....such as emails/ sevlets/JSP/JMS....the list goes on

    OK, but u know im a totally newbie in Java. I like to learn it, where do u think i could start? What are the files needed to setup so i can start learning on my own and how to set it up?

    Goto Suns site and read some of the tutorials they have. They call them "trails" I believe.
