Unhappy Java Mail

I'm new to the Java Mail API and wanted to ask you guys if there is a good tutorial to understand it.

It is like this, I have make an application that if someone didn't fill in a certain form on that day, an email is send to the person.

I know it's possible, but it is just a little bit to much to start with it right away without knowing what I'm doing.

If someone can show me the road, thanx.

There is a tutorial on jsp insider and another on JGuru.

JavaMail is a neat little API. Very well done. You be surprised how easy to use it is.
