JVM does not restart all the time.

Hi,
When the apache webserver comes up it fails to start the Jserv thread and as a result the servlets don't work. The error message in the mod_jserv.log is

[04/10/2002 11:35:07:125] (INFO) Apache-JServ 1rst initialization: JVM will be started later 1 4060 4059

This problem does not happen all the time though. I have a test script which restarts the webserver every 15 minutes and the problem occurs every hour.

Apache version: 1.3.12
ApacheJserv version: 1.1.2
Host: HP unix

Appreciate any pointers to a fix.
