    Question Output file

    Hi,

I've written a program that generates various numerical stats during the duration of the run that I wish to output to a file. The values are of different types, integer, single and double. Can anyone advise me on what would be the best output class to use? I need to write a series of values at various stages of the execution of the program.

    Thanks

You can write different object types to file using serialization. If you want to be able to read the output file as text, you would need to convert the objects to string and write them to a BufferedOutputStream.
