Problem configuring my laptop to run my JSP files
How can I configure my Laptop (Notebook) to run my JSP files? I am using MS windows 2000, JDeveloper 3.2.3 and Oracle Database 9i installed. I installed IIS but it still gives me error that the web site is in offline mode. Must it require internet in order to run JSP?

I am using JDeveloper and it is said to have an inbuilt web server. Actually I don't know how to make other configurations after installing IIS in my laptop. I learnt to programm in some languages like Java, C, Visual Basic, SQL etc, but now I am doing my 6 months industrial attatchment where I am expected to finish a web site project using JSP with Oracle JDeveloper and Oracle Database.
My problem now is to configure my laptop to be running my JSP example files while I am at home making exercises.

You should review JDeveloper docs, as IIS doesn't work well with Jsp, and probably by installing it you prevent the apache that comes as standard with Oracle from working.

Look at the installation log produced by Oracle, look at all pre requisites for 8 Enterprise, report errors in detail
