Tomcat and Apache .. and other stuff

Hello,

I am recieving the following error when trying to run a jakarta taglib (Mailer). Just wondering if anyone had any ideas, I cant find anything related to it on Google:

org.apache.jasper.compiler.CompileException: /jsp/test.jsp(9,0) Unable to load class org.apache.taglibs.mailer.MailTag
at org.apache.jasper.compiler.TagBeginGenerator.init(TagBeginGenerator.java, Compiled Code)

Also, if it is possible, can anyone send me their server.xml ... i would just like see another example of it (email URL) . THanks for the help.
