    accessing shared folders

Hi, how can you access a shared folder using java? im trying to write read and write to a file on the shared folder.

I tried doing it with FileReader and FileWriter, and has sharing permission for the everyone group as full control. It worked. But when I removed everyone, and placed specific members, access is already denied.

The login used on my computer, by the way, we are using active directory domain for authentication, also has permission to access the shared folder, but still, denied.

Is there a way to put your credentials in your java code, so it can be checked on the shared folder? or is there another way? Or this is not a java issue? can somebody help me on this.

    Thanks.

This sounds alot more like a java problem, moving to the java forum.
