hey everyone,
I'm new to hand coding HTML for the web, though have been in print design for many years. I am trying to build my web portfolio and was wanting to give audio a try on one of my sites. I was at webreference.com and came across a link to some beginner tutorials at beatnik. It says I can get the javascript code generated automatically after I choose the sounds I want, but I am not sure where to place this within my HTML code. I think I would place it in the body but unsure. Anybody know?? |

Chances are that the sound will be embedded in the <head> of your document and called by scripts in the <body> - but not always - if you get the code and post it here we can help you out.
