If Javascript is disabled in IE5, the second reference to the externa CSS is not taking overhand. And it works the way it's supposed to do.
However this doesn't work at all in Netscape 4.7 with Javascript disabled!!

The CSS shouldn't have anything to do with any Javascript, right?!

Frustrated and puzzled, I am desperate for a solution.
