DHTML menu recommendations
I'm looking for recommendations for a DHTML menu system (e.g. drop down menus) to use for some sites I'm developing. I'm interested in all of the obvious stuff: speed, compatibility, flexibility (ability to use text/images, etc.), and so on. Willing to pay for it if it's worth it.

ultimatemenu - this is REALLY good. been under development for 3 years. Highly customizable and does pretty much all browsers I believe.
(IE4 IE5 IE6 NS4 NS6 NS7 Mozilla0.6+ Konqueror2.2+ Opera5 Opera6 Opera7 Safari)
Free for non-commercial use so long as you retain their copyright comments in the code
Pay a small amount for each commercial site you use it on

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I began implementing with a menu system that I downloaded from dynamicdrive.com -- "Top Navigational Bar IV". It is from the developer who has the http://www.milonic.co.uk/menu/ site. I'm not married to it though and I'm both going to see how it goes with that system and check out the ones that you've suggested.
