Question Drop Down Menu Positioning Problems

How do I get the drop down menu http://www.dogrealm.net/menu_test.php to display directly underneath inline with the darker blue part?

Change the align="center" to align="left".

You should be using a list, not a table for that.

I recommend the Suckerfish Menu System. The two variants at positioniseverything.net have some extra benefits not found in the other variants.
