    dynamic navigation javascript

trying to find some pre-written javascript to create dropdown navigation menus that also have submenus for standard web pages

customer wants these menus to work on current mac, pc browsers, in particular IE, mozilla, and netscape. IE 6 and up, and current Mozilla and up.

thanks very much for any recommendations you might have.

    Pre-written Javascript?
Try Dynamic Drive DHTML Menu and Navigation scripts

Many to choose from. Some use Javascript. Many use DHTML (combination of technologies- JavaScript, CSS, and HTML). Cross-browser scripts are indicated by Legend: All there.

thanks all, for your input. I got a suggestion for using Fireworks MX, and it seems pretty easy so far.
