HTML Generator Script - Firefox works; IE doesn't

Attached is a script that was written to generate HTML based on the values dropped into the form from Step 1 and Step 2. With Firefox everything works perfectly, but in IE the Step 3 - Generate HTML will not fire.

Can the attached TXT file be reviewed and anyone point out issues that may prevent the functions from firing in IE?

I've put alerts() etc all over the place, and hardly any of them work in ie6. No script errors, no nothing!

Something divine is preventing this script from working dude.

I'm considering changing what I do for a living.

Will keep looking for you, but ... maybe instead of using functionality like setAttribute, try writeline stuff ???
