Image Dhtml Url dialog from array

Hi,

I've got a DHTML problem that I have trouble figuring out.

I have an IFRAME that is used as a text editor, to add image-files to the text I'm using the following code:
Now what this doe is open a popup that gives me a dialogbox with which to select a file from my local system(the url is then inserted in to the IFRAME)
Is there any way to show a dropdownlist (populated with data from a db) instead of a browse -dialogbox?
(=Iknow how to do the db stuff, I'm sjust stumped by this dhtml thing..)
