New Member - Need Coding help

I need to make the boxes on the page link below move up and down when one opens/closes.

Not sure if I should use css, html or javascript to make that work.

Not sure how to do it myself but I believe your best option would be to use jQuery and you may possibly have to manipulate the CSS.
