printing php with javascript

hi. i made a counter service for my senior focal project in school but i'm having a problem with the last part. i need some sort of script to print out the count. for example...i want a script that i can give to the users of the counter that they can past into their webpage so that every time someone visits the page, the script will goto http://www.tally.nu/domains/tally/tally.php3 and return the count value. i can't figure out the script to put into the tally.php3 file and i also don't know what kind of script to give to the users.

i don't know javascript at all
