I am in the need of a JavaScript that will allow the user to upload a file to a predetermined loaction on the server.

This will be run on an intranet so that Security is not as much of an issue.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

This is not a Javascript issue. This is standard HTML/HTTP stuff. The problem here is usually to configure the webserver to accept these requests (file upload). The HTML code should be simple to write:

<form method="post" ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data">
<input type="file">
<input type="submit">
</form>

(i've havent testet this due to the fact that my webserver is not configured to handle it)

I believe what you are refering to is the cgi-lib.pl that most webservers (xxIX) utilize. The problem that I am facing is that I am using a hybrid Java/XML platform.

I am compiling the source and runing .po packages. I was hoing to perform everything from within the package.
