    websockets when client offline

Can someobody help me understand websockets?
When a client goes offline and then back online.
Will it receive messages that being sent when the client was offline?

    Thanks,

If it goes offline then the socket will disconnect. Everything in the socket but not yet read will be lost, and since the socket closes the server won't be able to send anything more.

I understand, now, when client goes online again after this disconnect,
will it pick up messages which server broadcasted when the client was offline?

The server couldn't "broadcast" anything because the socket closed.
