window.open to cater for non-javascript browsers.

i want to write an open.window function that sets the size and position and all that stuff, but i also want it so that non-javascript browsers still open the link but just in a default _blank window.

I have seen some stuff around about "return false" but don't know if this is what i am looking for.

Also i would prefer to write the script in the head rather than the actual anchor.

Any help will be good, thanks.
    Ben.

Why dont you just wrap the link in <noscript> tags like below:

    <a href="YOURJS CALL"><noscript><a href="pop/competition.html" target="_blank"></noscript>CLICK HERE!<noscript></a></noscript></a>

    Hope it helps!
