I'm writing an internet app (VB5) that uses the webbrowser control. The app goes to numerous urls and automatically submits form info. Everything works fine except some webpages will generate a JavaScript error. When this happens, the standard JavaScript error dialog box pops up, waiting for the user to select 'Yes' or 'No' about continuing to run JavaScript on this page. While this dialog box is on screen, program execution halts.

Since the app needs to run automatically and unattended, I can not depend on the user to click on the 'Yes' button to resume operation. I've tried inserting code in my app to automatically close the dialog box, but that doesn't work since execution of my app is suspended while the dialog box is present.

Does anyone know of a method to programatically solve this problem?

Thanks,

Bill G.
