Active Directroy Notification Handlers using LDAP a client programming

Can any one help in getting the notifications of Active Directroy to my client application using LDAP protocols??

AS iam unable to catch the notifications of the active directroy in my client app??

AD is installed in W2K3 & iam running my client application programm
from other PC on W2k3.

My task is to write a app that catchs the notificaitons from the AD.
Notifications like add,modify,delete of a user or group

Do any setup or setting has to be done at AD before connecting to it ??

iam using the code of MSDN for notifications using LDAP
