LDAP Attribute for ms outlook's address book

Hi,
MS Outlook is not able to map some LDAP
attribute to the address book. In my case I am fetching contacts from
LDAP it is not showing me all attributes, it only shows some attribute.
It is not able to map city, country, manager, mail etc. Please help me.

Please its urgent.
