Retrieving LDAP Params

I am attempting to retrieve LDAP params from a WebLogic 9.2 Authentication Provider using java. I thought it would be as easy as using JNDI. Although I see these params in the config.xml I cannot retrieve them. Not sure if I am even going about this in the correct way. Any suggestions or direction would be welcome.
