    Problems compiling apache with ldap

Hi all, Im trying to compile apache+ldap+ssl in sles 8 but in the make step I get the following error message:

    /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-suse-linux/3.2/../../../../i486-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -lpam
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
    make[2]: *** [htpasswd] Error 1
    make[2]: Leaving directory `/tmp/httpd-2.0.52/support'
    make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
    make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/httpd-2.0.52/support'
    make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

Ive make the configure step as:

    ./configure --prefix=/opt/apache --disable-auth --enable-auth-ldap --enable-ldap --enable-proxy --enable-proxy-connect --enable-proxy-ftp --enable-proxy-http --enable-ssl --with-ssl=/usr/include/openssl --with-ldap --with-ldap

Ive install on the sles the software for ldap:

    openldap2-client-2.1.4-48
    yast2-ldap-client-2.6.5-122
    openldap-lib-1.2.13-233
    pam_ldap-150-79
    nss_ldap-199-53
    openldap2-2.1.4-48
    openldap2-devel-2.1.4-48

if you have a fresh pam_ldap installation is would try searching for the pam pam-libraries an linking them to /lib

Or you check the readme whether the configure-script needs the pam paths...
