2 public ip addresses from 2 different ISP for one linux box
Could someone help me or guide me on how to configure one Linux 7.2 box (web mail) with two internet links from two different ISPs.
Currently the linux box is connected to one ISP, but we wanted another ISP to provide an online redundant link just in case one ISP is down. |

I know before I help, it would help to know how you are currently setup connectivity wise. You do not have to give IP's just tell me / us your physical layout.

Yea, your setup would be nice. However, you should simply setup each internet connection on a seperat NIC. If one goes down, the other on is still there. I'm sure you'd have to setup routing and stuff to tell your system which connection to use primarily and then which to use if the other one is down. I'm sure you can find many howto's on google.

Currently we have 512kbps LMDS microwave radio connection to ISP1. We host our own Linux email server with six domain names registered by ISP1. We plan for another connection intended for online redundant link to ISP2. To paraphrase our requirement, what should we do or configure to have our domain names pointed to either of two IP addresses.
