Apache Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80

Fresh installation of Fedora 6 and while I am trying to get apache started I receive the following error:
    Failed to start apache :

Starting httpd: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
    Unable to open logs
    [FAILED]
    I issued
    netstat -plant
and among other lines I received
    tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN -
What process is using port 80? How can I free it up?

    Thanks,
    Evan

try running that netstat command as root, otherwise it will only show its PID/name if its you own it, if it still shows as a dash then its probably a kernel thing, do you have TUX enabled (a kernel level web server) or something similar
